PDC CAPITAL is the financial branch of PDC Group and its main business is to structure financial solutions for companies in the Central and South American regions.
We offer structuring 8 year term loans with real estate collateral, aiming to help Company owners leverage their fixed assets in their balance sheet as well as improving their financial situation and achieving the following goals:
History
We began operations in year 2009, as many companies had to face a banking system that offered very limited access to lending, as a result of the international financial crisis.
Since then, we have continued to support companies in the Central American region and have now expanded our operations to other countries, as Colombia and Peru.
